MoldAtCampbellProp.com was created by tenants, for tenants. After ignored maintenance requests, health problems, and empty promises, we decided to document and share our experiences publicly.
Our Goals:

- Connect affected tenants to build collective power
- Pressure Campbell Property to make necessary repairs
- Prevent future tenants from unknowingly renting unsafe units
- Hold negligent property management accountable
Who We Are: We are current and former tenants of Campbell Property Management who have experienced mold, water damage, infestation and other serious habitability issues. We’re neighbors, parents, seniors, and workers who deserve safe, healthy homes.
